The "0 Auto" navbox is displayed on the map (when you enable it)

Tapping on this navbox either enables the functionality that you described (zooming automatically to target) or disables it

Think of this navbox as a button that you can press. When it is enabled, its state is green. When you disable it, it is grayed-out.
The fact that this button is "Toggle-able" is what we want to describe in this translation.
The original string should actually be more descriptive. That will come with an update later on.
